1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using CueActors, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
CueActors is a discovery layer for film and television, with portfolio and casting features for actors and casting professionals. The service is currently in private testing; the public release is planned for Summer 2026.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation
- Submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or probe the service
- Send unsolicited messages or spam through casting inquiries
6. User-generated content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant CueActors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You can delete your content at any time.
7. Subscriptions and refunds
Premium tiers are billed monthly or yearly through the relevant app store or payment processor. Refunds follow the policy of the platform that processed the payment.
8. Affiliate links
Some outbound links may, in the future, become affiliate links. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details. Editorial choices are not influenced by commercial relationships.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
CueActors includes AI-assisted features (for example recommendations and discovery). AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete, is provided for general information only, and is not professional advice - verify anything you rely on.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueActors will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of EU/EEA residents are unaffected.
